摘要
分析了全焊接板式换热器发生应力腐蚀的原因,提出了相关的防护措施。认为通过合理选材、避免板片之间的焊接采用搭接结构而采用双面对焊结构、采用连续焊接工艺避免点焊以及减小残余应力等方法可以显著改善腐蚀情况,提高设备寿命和工作效率。
The stress corrosion which will be possible happen in welded plate heat exchanger was principally analyzed and preventive measuresfor them were given . Through selecting optional material, selecting process designing and decreasing residual stress, the corrosion obviously is improved and the equipments can be increased for its length of life and working efficiency.
