An Analysis of the Power Assignment and Characteristics of Dual Political Power Structure

以各国通行的宪政结构的制度框架为基础对我国政治权力结构进行分析,研究党的权力体系与国家权力体系的内部结构以及相互之间的权力分配,比较它与一般国家宪政结构的异同;分析这一权力结构的运行特征;在体制模式的归类分析上,依照西方学者的体制分类方法进行概括,从总体上把握我国国家权力结构的轮廓和体制特征。

By means of the system frame of current constitution and politics in various countries, the structure of politics authority in our country is studied in this article, including the authority system of the Communist Party of China, the internal structure of state power system and the mutual authority assignment. And this article will also compare the similarities and differences of constitutional government structure between China and other cotmtlies, analyze the working characteristics of the authority structure. In the analysis of system pattern classification, it will carry on the summary based on the classification method of westem scholar＇s system and attempt to grasp the outline and system characteristic of our state power structure in general.
