高校收费偏高的现状及对策研究

近年来,高校大规模扩招所引发的问题受到广泛关注。偏高的大学学费引起了包括教育公平在内的一系列教育问题。在澄清高校学生培养成本的基础上,根据前人的研究厘清了构成学费的合理成分,就目前我国高校收费偏高的现状做了探讨,并分别从学费偏高的表现、形成原因、影响和解决办法作一尝试性的分析。

In recent years, enrollment of university has been increasing in large dimension, the problem caused by that is widely concerned about. Higher university charge has led to a series of social problems,such as education fairness. This thesis probes into the situation of higher university charges,and trys to analyze its behavior, cause, effect and its countermeasure.
