摘要 文中针对高职教育强调的以素质教育为核心、能力培养为重点、注重知识与技能的融合,培养高技能人才的目标,根据测量工程专业特点探索新的育人培养途径,创新性地提出高职测绘工程专业双导师制的培养机制。探索双导师制培养模式不仅促进了导师科研水平的提升,而且为高职测量专业学生提供更为广阔的发展空间。 In the light of the education target stressed in vocational colleges, i.e. taking disposition education as the key, focusing on the ability cultivation and emphasizing the mergence between knowledge and technical ability to foster talented persons with high-level technical ability, and based on the characteristics of the specialty “Surveying Engineering”, the paper discusses some new approaches to cultivate talented persons. And then the cultivation mode with double teachers in the specialty “Surveying Engineering” in vocational colleges is creatively put forward in the paper, which will not only promote the scientific research level of teachers, but also provide broader development space for students.
