摘要
试验研究了腐植酸对盾叶薯蓣种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,在120~360mg·L-1的浓度范围内的结果表明,①腐植酸不影响盾叶薯蓣种子萌发时间,但能提高种子萌发率和发芽整齐度。腐植酸处理浓度为120mg·L-1时,发芽整齐度比对照缩短7.4d,萌发率可提高22.61~31.67个百分点。②种植盾叶薯蓣幼苗时进行120mg·L-1腐植酸处理,可促进根系发育,提高根冠比,但对根茎的含水量没有影响。在种植幼苗时进行360mg·L-1腐植酸浇灌处理,对幼苗的株高有显著的促进作用,对根系和根冠比的促进作用也最好。③在对幼苗进行腐植酸处理时,200、280、360mg·L-1的处理均可使叶绿素含量极显著的提高;浓度为280和360g·L-1的处理可使类胡萝卜素的含量显著提高。
Effects of different concentrations (120-360 mg·L-^-1) of humic acid (HA) on seed germination and seedling growth of Dioscorea zingberensis studied. The showed as follows: ①HA did not affect the germination date but promoted the germination rate and germination uniformity. Dipping seeds with 120 mg·L^-1 HA shortened U0-50 for 7.4d and enhanced the germination rate by 22.61-31.67%. ②Watering seedlings with 120mg·L^-1 HA enhanced the root-shoot ratio (R/T), and the moisture content did not differ significantly compared with control. Watering seedlings with 360 mg·L^-1 HA gave the best results in promoting R/T, and also promoted the plant height. ③HA improved significantly the chlorophyll content of seedlings at concentrations of 200 mg·L^-1.280 mg·L^-1 and 360 mg·L^-1 and carotene content of seedlings at concentrations of 280 mg· L^-1 and 360 mg·L^-1 separately.
