硅对紫花苜蓿美国巨人201植株含水量和保水力的影响

摘要 为了弄清硅肥对紫花苜蓿美国巨人201保水性和植株含水量的影响,通过田间试验和盆栽实验,研究了不同硅肥施肥量和植株不同生长发育时期,以及不同器官含水量和保水力的变化。结果显示:施硅能提高紫花苜蓿营养生长阶段和生殖生长阶段的单株含水量和叶片含水量,可降低花序含水量,但对紫花苜蓿在生殖生长阶段单株茎的含水量影响不显著;在干旱条件下,紫花苜蓿的叶片保水力随着施硅量的增加而增强,在一定时间内,不施硅肥的植株比施硅肥植株的叶片失水更多。 Effects of silicon fertilization on moisture content and moisture capacity of Ameristand 201 alfalfa were studied. The results show that different silicon fertilization levels all raised leaves' moisture content and moisture capacity of the alfalfa, but without significant effects on moisture content of the stem and inflorescence. With the increase of silicon fertilizations, the moisture capacity of leaves increased significantly during the early bud and the reproductive period. Also, the drought resistance of alfalfa was enhanced by the silicon function. Moreover, the silicon fertilization increased the moisture capacity of leaves, maintained its ohysiological function, and increased the yield of alfalfa.
