摘要
从水环境容量的资源性出发,提出区域水环境容量资源的评价方法,建立水环境容量一维模型。根据水环境对水体中不同种类污染物的各自容纳能力,建立水环境容量空间模型。根据模型计算区域水体的水环境容量对N污染物的相对空间,评价了污染物对该资源空间的占用现况,并探讨了各污染源对该空间的最适占用及污水处理厂的最佳运行方式,以实现水污染控制的更有效和更经济管理,实现水资源利用的可持续发展。
According to the conception of resource property of water environment capacity, an assessment method for regional water environment capacity resource is put forward, and one-dimensional model is established. Then, based on different capacities of each kind of contamination in water environment, a space model of water environment capacity is formulated. Finally, by using the model, the space occupation status of contaminations is evaluated, and the optimal occupation of pollution source and operation form of wastewater treatment plant are discussed, according to the relative space of water environment capacity to N contamination. Therefore, it offers a way to make water pollution control more effectively and economically, and make the sustainable development of water resource utilization.
