摘要 凝胶电泳是当今分子生物学的一项最基本的试验技术,它的原理十分简单,但是通常只能通过目测marker的位置或是计算电泳率来得到样品的分子量,这样得到的结果是十分粗糙的.利用Matlab软件进行编程,提供从图像处理到数据拟合的一系列方法.采用公式f(x)=a×exp(b×x)+c×cxp(d×x)进行数据拟合,可以通过拟合出的曲线精确测定样品的分子量大小,且所有实验数据都在误差范围内. MATLAB is a special-purpose computer program optimized to perform engineering and scientific analysis.It's easy to use and have a lot of powerful toolboxes which can be used in many aspects of engineering and scientific researches. Electrophoresis is a general experiment method that is widely used in molecular biology to estimate the molecular weight or to separate different substances. Tiffs paper presents the Matlab used in agarose gel inmges proeessing,its marker can give a precise molecular weight of the band. The results show the predicted value well fit the true value.
