三自由度行星齿轮变速器的组合设计法

摘要 将适于变速器传动比范围的单个NGW型周转轮系和由两个NGW型差动轮系构成的复合轮系选择出来,构成传动方案简图,并将这些简图和对应的传动比公式和传动比变化范围列入表中,具体设计时,只需根据变速器所需的传动比数值,从表中选出适合的方案简图进行组合,得到三自由度行星变速器的总体传动方案简图和机构简图,同时,联立求解由表中查得的传动比公式,各轮系齿轮的齿数也能迅速计算出来. In this paper, the single NGW type epicyclic gear trains and the complex epicyclic gear trains made up by two NGW type differential gear trains, suitable to the gear ratio range of planet gear transmissions, are selected to form the transmission design sketches, and the transmission designed sketches with the relevant gear ratio formulas and their range of changes are listed in the table. During the design, based on the gear ratio of transmissions needed, the relevant sketches can be chosen from the table and the overall transmission design sketch and kinematic diagram of the planet gear transmission of three degrees of freedom can be obtained, and at the same time, the corresponding gear ratio formulas can be found by referring to the table and the tooth number of various system gear trains can be calculated rapidly as well.
