摘要
制备了以混合氧化物为载体的固载杂多酸催化剂HPA/TiO2-SnO2,并催化没食子酸和正丙醇合成了没食子酸丙酯。确定最佳催化反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比为15∶1、催化剂用量为反应物总质量的2.0%、反应时间为2.5 h,在此反应条件下,没食子酸丙酯的收率达到92.1%。
The propyl gallate was synthesized from gallic acid and n-propyl alcohol on self-made HPA/TiO2- SnO2 catalyst. The effects of molar ratio of n-propyl alcohol to gallic acid,catalyst amount and reaction time on the yield of ester were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows:the molor ratio of n-propyl alcohol to gallic acid was 15 : 1,the amount of HPA/TiO2-SnO2 was 2.0% of total reactant mass, and reaction time 2.5 h. And the yield of propyl gallate reached 92. 1%.
