摘要
在催化剂存在下,用双氧水氧化乙二醛溶液快速合成了乙醛酸。优化的合成条件为:n(H2O2):n(乙二醛)=1.10:1.00、反应温度3-8℃、反应时间3h,此时,乙二醛转化率为85%、乙醛酸产率为70.3%。
Glyoxylic acid was rapidly synthesized by catalytic oxidation of glyoxal with H2 O2. The optimum conditions of synthesis were as follows.molar ratio of H2O2 to glyoxal= 1.10 : 1.00, reaction temperature 3- 8℃ and reaction time 3 h. Percentage conversion of glyoxal was 85% ,yield of glyoxylic acid was 70.3%.
