柔性自密封电极式汽包水位测量装置的应用

The application of measuring the water level of steum drum with flexible self-sealing electrode pole

介绍了一种实用新型的柔性自密封电极式汽包水位测量装置及其在1025t/h锅炉上的应用情况。实践证明该测量装置很好地解决了电厂汽包电接点水位测量偏低和电极频繁漏泄两大技术难题。同时叙述了在电厂进行该装置改造过程中遇到的问题及解决办法。

In this article, we introduce a kind of new and useful equipment measuring the water level of steam drum, Whieh is flexible self-sealing eleetrode pole, as well as it＇s applieation on 1 025 t/h boiler. Through praetiee, we ean see that this kind of measuring equipment can solve two teehnieal difficulties of measuring on the low side and reducing leakage of electrode pole .Also this paper, talking a power plant projeets as an example, introduee the issue we meet with and the way how to solve.
