变电站母差与母联保护配合问题及改进

简要介绍了某220kV变电站220kV母差保护(RCS—915AB)与作为母联充电、过流保护的(RCS—923A)断路器失灵与辅助保护装置在相互配合使用时存在的缺陷及该缺陷给电网运行造成的危害。并针对近年来变电站新建或改造中微机型母差保护装置的大量应用、运行人员在典型操作票的制定及运用过程中存在的疑惑,结合运行经验与实践,提出了3点改进方案与建议并分析了这些方案的优、缺点,供保护装置的应用与改进及运行操作时参考。

This paper introduces briefly the defect existed in the cooperation of the 220 kV busbar differential protection （RCS-915AB）and the circuit breaker fail protection （RCS-923A）which happened in a substation of Hangzhou Electric Bureau ,while its harm to the power system is mentioned too.In recent years ,computered bus protection equipments have been used widely.And the operation men have some doubt while constituting and using the typical operation tickets.In order to solve these problems,this article provides three improved measures,which are based on the operation experience and practice.The advantages and disadvantages of the measures are analyzed detailedly,which can be used in the application of the protection equipments and be used during the operation.
