社会文明是由物质文明、政治文明和精神文明组成的有机整体。社会文明既在物质文明、政治文明和精神文明的相互作用中平衡发展,又在物质文明、政治文明和精神文明不平衡的交错中发展。因此,文明发展是平衡与不平衡的统一。

The civilization of a society is an integral whole of material, political and spiritual components. It advances in balance with the three components interacting among themselves; and on the other hand it also develops in an unbalanced manner, with the three components interlacing one another. Therefore, the advance of civilization is a unity of balance and unbalance.
