城市化浪潮下民族区域自治制度的走向思考

Autonomy of ethnic-minority regions: where to go under the tide of urbanization

伴随改革的深入与经济发展,城市化浪潮悄然出现,民族区域自治地区的城市化进程也进一步加快。老城市不断得到更新改建,新城市不断涌现,一方面反映了我国民族区域自治制度所取得的辉煌成就,另一方面,又为民族区域自治制度的发展带来了未曾面对的新事物、新问题。民族区域自治制度的内容已不能涵盖全部,有些条款亦显得不合时宜,急需改进。

With the deepening of reform and the development of economy, the urbanization tide also emerges quietly. The progress of urbanization in ethnic-minority autonomous regions speeds up further. Age-old cities obtain renewing and reconstruction constantly, and new cities appear continuously. On the one hand, the tide shows the glorious achievements gained through implementing the system of ethnic-minority autonomy; on the other hand, the tide also brings new problems and new things for the development of the system. And also, under the influence by this trend, the system already can＇t cover all contents, some terms among them seem to be out of the right time arid need to be improved.
