摘要 目的探讨种质与生态环境对泽泻块茎密度的影响。方法将建泽泻与川泽泻种子同年交叉在四川和福建两地种植,得到福建产建泽泻、川泽泻,四川产川泽泻、建泽泻共四种样品,测定四样品的密度。结果产于原产地的建泽泻与川泽泻密度高于交叉种植的同类产物。结论种质与生态环境是影响泽泻地道性的主要因素。 Objective To probe effect of species and ecosystem on the density of Rhizoma Alismatis. Methods The seeds of Alisma orientale and Alisma plantago-aquatica were cultivated to do alternately both places of Fujian and Shichun Province in the same year, 4 various products had been harvested that from Fujian cultivated of Alisma orientale and Alisma plantago-aquatica ; and from Shichun product of Alisma plantago-aquatica and Alisma orientale. The density of products was detected respectively by draining method. Results The density of the original habitat products of Alisma orientale and' Alisma plantago-aquatica was higher than that of the alternative places. Conclusion The result showed that the species and ecosystem were main factors which impact the genuine of Alisma orientalis.
