摘要
目的研究安徽省不同产区和不同栽培品种银杏叶总黄酮苷的含量。方法采集安徽省六个产区不同品种银杏叶,分别测定它们含有的主要成分。结果不同产区和不同栽培品种银杏叶总黄酮苷的含量差别较大。结论本实验结果可为不同地区合理栽培银杏提供科学依据。
Objective To study the content of Ginkgo flavnoides glycosides in Ginkgo bilobal L. from different place and varieties. Methods To collect leaves Ginkgo bilobal L. of different planting varieties from six growth area in Anhui province. Results There were differ greatly in contents of Ginkgo flavonoides glycosides. Conclusion This result showed that it could provide scientific basis for rational planting of Ginkgo bilobal in different area.
