摘要
目的研究灰毡毛忍冬的指纹图谱。方法高效液相色谱法,二级管阵列检测器(DAD),乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(15∶85);流速:1.0 mL/m in;检测波长:327 nm。结果精密度、稳定性、重复性试验中各共有峰相对保留时间和相对峰面积的RSD均<3%,10批样品间具有很高的相似度。结论本方法可以作为山银花药材的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish HPLC fingerprints of Lonicera macranthoides Hand. -Mazz.. Methods HPLC was applied on Agilent Eclipse CDB-C18column with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoricacid solution, flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1 Determination were carried out by PAD and wavelength was at 327 nm. Results RSD of rela- tive retention time and peak area of coexist peaks meet to method requirement during the investigation of precision, stability and repeatability trials. All of the 10 batches of samples shared a high similarity. Conclusion The fingerprint of Lonicera macranthoides Hand. -Mazz. could be used as method for control quality of Shanyinhua.
