摘要
目的以白头翁皂苷B4对照品作为指标,考察不同产地白头翁的质量真伪优劣。方法TLC、UV、HPLC方法。结果白头翁皂苷B4含量≥5.0%有九种,≤5.0%有8种,其中伪品4种。结论安徽滁州产地道药材白头翁含量高达8.0%,从而证实了地道药材的名副其实。
Objective To investigate the quality of Radix Pulsatilliae from different habitats on reference of protoanempnin B4 as the index. Methods TCL,UV and HPLC were used. Results The content of protoanempnin B4, which was larger than or equal to 5% , had nine kinds. While the content which was lower than 5% had eight kinds, among which there were four fake ones. Conclusion The content of Radix Pulsatilliae that were from Anhui, Chuzhou was up to 8% , which has proved the reputation of genuine medicinal material.
