中药复方对肝癌小鼠移植瘤体液免疫的影响

Influence of Chinese Compound Prescription on Humoral Immune in Mice with Hepatic Carcinoma Transplanted Subcutaneously

为研究中药复方解毒消癥饮和扶正抑瘤方对肝癌小鼠移植瘤体液免疫中免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM及补体C3、C4的影响,将40只雌性C57BL/6j小鼠分为移植瘤不给药组(A)、移植瘤给予复方中药组(B)、无移植瘤给予扶正抑瘤方组(C)及空白对照组(D),分段给药20 d后测定免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM及补体C3、C4的含量。结果表明A组、B组、C组IgG的含量均显著高于D组(P<0.01),其中B组IgG含量最高;B组IgM的含量显著高于A组、C组、D组(P<0.01);移植瘤引起了补体C3、C4水平的下降,但中药复方并没有对补体C3、C4的水平产生影响。中药复方解毒消癥饮和扶正抑瘤方可能是通过调节IgG和IgM的水平起作用。

To study the effects of Chinese compound prescription （jiedu xiaozheng and fuzheng yiliu decoction） on IgG and IgM of Humoral immune, complement C3 and Cd in mice with hepatic tumors. The mice were randomly allocated to four groups, i.e. hepatic carcinoma transplanted and no medicine （group A）, hepatic carcinoma transplanted and Chinese compound prescription given （group B）, no hepatic carcinoma transplanted and fuzheng yiliu given （group C） and control （group D）. The results indicated that the contents of IgG in group A, B and C were higher than that of group D （P〈0.01）, while the content in group B was the highest; the content of IgM in group B was higher than others （P〈0.01）; hepatic carcinoma caused complement C3 and Cd reduced, but Chinese compound prescription had no influence on complement C3 and Cal. The probable mechanism of Chinese compound prescription is related with the levels of IgG and IgM.
