摘要 针对目前国内电力系统自动发电控制(AGC)技术的应用现状,提出了具有安全校正与超前控制功能的AGC系统构架。该系统首先将超短期负荷预测应用于AGC,使发电机组出力保持与负荷变化同步;然后采用内点法求解有功安全校正问题来修正AGC的功率设置点,以满足电网的安全约束条件。通过对数学模型以及求解方法的分析,认为提出的AGC系统是对现有的EMS系统的进一步完善,对电网AGC技术深层次的应用具有重要的现实意义。 An automatic generation control (AGC) system with security corrections and control-in-advance is proposed. The super-short-term load forecasting system is applied the AGC system, to ensure unit power generation change simultaneously with the load variation. Through solving an active power security corrective problem by using the interior point method, the set-points of the AGC system are updated for satisfying transmission and generation constraints. By analyzing the mathematical model and solution method, the proposed AGC system will improve modem energy management system. It is of important and realistic significance for further applications of the AGC technique.
