摘要
分析了目前武钢粗苯回收工艺存在的问题。通过把洗油再生器排出的液态树脂沥青兑入煤焦油和取消脱萘塔等优化措施,提高了洗苯效果,简化了洗油再生的工艺,取得了很好的经济效益和环保效果。
The present problems existed in crude benzol recovery process of WISCO is analyzed. By taking optimization measure of blending liquid pitch discharged from wash oil regenerator into coal tar and eliminating naphthalene stripper, the benzol scrubbing effect is increased, the wash oil regeneration process is simplified, both good economic effect and environmental effect are obtained.
