摘要 利用丙酮(AC)、二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)和二甲基亚砜(DMSO)三种不同溶剂制备硝酸纤维素铸膜液。考察了溶剂的性质及凝胶浴组成对膜结构的影响,利用扫描电镜表征了膜的表面及截面结构,通过成膜过程的热力学和动力学分析解释了不同膜结构的形成原因。结果表明:溶剂的种类及凝胶浴中溶剂的含量对膜结构的影响很大,其变化规律也是不同的。 The nitrocellulose (NC) membrane was prepared by casting in different coagulation solutions of the polymer in three different solvent DMAC,DMSO and AC, respectively. The properties and concentration of solvent in coagulation were considered. The morphologies of top surfaces and cross-section of each membrane were characterized by scanning electron microscope. The resulting membrane characteristics were extensively discussed from kinetic and thermodynamics. The result indicates that the transport properties of the solvent-nonsolvent system affect the final membrane structure significantly.
