摘要
以对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)、乙二醇(EG)和聚乙二醇(PEG)为原料,采用熔融缩聚方法合成适用于涤纶织物洗涤过程添加的聚酯聚醚嵌段共聚型亲水整理剂(PPBC),研究了PEG分子量、nDMT/nPEG、缩聚反应的温度和时间、真空度等对PPBC亲水性的影响,优化了PPBC合成工艺条件。结果表明:PEG分子量与PPBC的表面活性有关,从而影响处理涤纶织物的亲水性;合成的PPBC处理的涤纶织物具有良好的亲水性和耐洗性。
Dimethyl terephthalate, ethylene glycol and polyethylene glycol were used to synthesize polyester-polyether block copolymer finishing agent (PPBC), which used as hydrophilic finishing additive for polyester fabric washing. The effects of PEG molecular weight, mole ratio of DMT/ PEG, temperature and time of polycondensation and degree of vacuum in reaction system on the hydrophilicity of PPBC were studied. The results show that there are a correlation between PEG's molecular weight and PPBC's surface activity, and the correlation affects polyester fabric's capillary treatment with PPBC. The polyester fabric treatment with PPBC has good hydrophilic property and nice washing fastness.
