摘要
通过邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯(DAP)与1,3-丙二醇(PDO)在二丁基氧化锡(DBTO)催化下反应合成烯丙基酯光学树脂(DAP-AEO),并用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振谱图(1H-NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)及双键含量测定对其进行了结构表征。结果表明:DAP-AEO的黄度指数为3.0,550 nm处透过率达99.5%,折光率n2D0=1.533,粘度80 mPa.s。提出转化率小于80%时的酯交换反应动力学模型,并通过测定反应过程中双键含量的变化与烯丙醇馏量来验证该模型。
Novel allyl ester oligomer was produced by transesterification of diallyl phthalate(DAP) with 1,3-propanediol(PDO) in the present of catalyst(DBTO), and the structure was characterized by FT-IR,^1H-NMR.GPC and measuring the value of dóuble bond. This new type of optical resins has excellent optical performance: YI=3.0,transmittance 99.5% at 550 nm, refractive index 1. 533 at 20 ℃, viscosity 80 mPa·s at 25 ℃. The kinetics of transesterification was studied by the allyl alcohol withdrawn from the reactor and the value of double bond of DAP-AEO during reactions at different time. A model to explain the transesterification reaction was prosposed.
