经皮血管闭合器Angio-seal用于冠状动脉介入诊疗术112例观察
摘要
目的探讨在冠状动脉诊疗术后使用经皮血管闭合器Angio～seal对股动脉穿刺部位进行止血的有效性、安全性及临床应用价值。方法选择2005年1-12月间在我院行冠脉造影或介入治疗的112例患者，使用经皮血管闭合器Angio-seal进行股动脉穿刺部位的止血，观察使用该装置的即刻止血效果及术后至出院前并发症的发生情况。结果112例患者中，109例即刻止血成功，成功率为97．3％，成功者均在lmin内止血；术后下肢制动时间为4～12h（平均5．4h）；术中和术后随访期间发生皮下血肿3例，假性动脉瘤1例，局部并发症的总发生率为3．67％，无严重并发症。结论在冠状动脉造影和介入治疗术后应用Angio-Seal血管闭合器止血安全、有效，有一定临床推广价值。
