依法执政:人民共和国的宪政之道

依法执政是宪政文明的要求,也是人民共和国共和理想的应有之义。人民共和国内涵着依法执政的宪政要求,并要求通过依法执政实施社会主义宪政。宪政是人类政治文明的优异成果和集中体现,也是我国社会主义政治文明的应有之政。中国法治建设必须走向宪政建设。讲依法执政却不搞宪政不但不合理也不现实。没有宪政的法治是败坏的法治,没有宪政的社会主义离开封建专制只有一步之遥。依法执政,实施和推进宪政建设,不仅是社会主义存在和发展的前提,也是建设社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。

rule of law is the requirement of civilization of constitutional administration, and also an indispensable meaning of republic ideal of People＇s Republic. The definition of People＇s Republic certainly contains the constitutional administration of rule of law, and also requires practicing the latter through the former. the constitutional administration is the splendid achievement and the concentrate emblem of mankind, and it should be included in the socialism political civilization. The construction of China＇s law should follow the constitutional administration closely, whereas, it will impossible and unfeasible. The rule of law without the constitutional administration is wicked one , while socialism separated with the constitutional administration is just a span to feudalism. It＇s not only the premise for socialism＇s survival and development, also the necessity requirement of construction socialism harmonious society.
