Setting up colleges and universities is one of the greatest contributions of human beings. Colleges and universities, with advancement, justice, rationality, science and creation as their essential features, have irreplaceable characteristics of other social institutions. They take sublimity, greatness, learning, realness and creation as their core connotations. Sublimity means being at a high milieu, noble quality, elegant style and products of high quality. Greatness refers to great master, large buildings and being greatly kind tolerance. Learning means high-level learning style organizations. Realness means advocating truth, pursuing truth, sticking to truth and developing truth. Creation stands for creating advanced and special things and innovation. Colleges and universities aim at making high-level achievements in innovation and serving society by educating students with science. Real colleges and universities should have these outstanding qualities, internal characteristics and kind tolerance.
