This change inevitably makes the number of schooling students and the demand for the teachers decline. This tendency is of great significance for Chongqing municipal government predicting the number of schooling students and the number of teachers in the coming five years, making good plans for the development of primary and high schools, accelerating structure adjustment and reform of elementary education and reforming specialty structure, scale, education and teaching of higher normal colleges.
