摘要
随着临床血液需求量的不断增加,目前我国乃至世界血液供需矛盾日益凸现。近些年的研究发现,通过各种化学修饰剂,如α-半乳糖苷酶和甲氧基聚乙二醇(mPEG),可以对血液中的红细胞表面抗原进行修饰,制备通用血,或者将牛、猪等家畜的红细胞修饰成可被人类使用的异源血。通过该种技术,以期获得一个便捷、可靠、廉价的血液来源,解决临床用血量的激增。本文综述近几年来在血型抗原修饰方面的研究进展,并探讨未来的发展方向。
With the increasing demand of blood in clinical treatment, the shortage of blood supply is becoming a sharp problem. Studies over past few years have shown the possibility of blood group antigen modifications on erythrocytes through chemical reagents, such as methoxy polyethylene glycol and α-galactosidase. That means we can even modify the porcine and the bovine blood to meet our clinical demand. Through this way, we can find an easier, safer and cheaper source of blood. This review outlined the achievements of researchers in the past few years, to predict the future works in the field of blood group antigen modification.
