摘要
币制改革是高拱主持隆庆朝大改革的重要内容。他针对嘉(靖)隆(庆)之际商业凋敝、币制混乱、国库亏空的局面,大力推行恤商惠商政策,整顿铸钱用钱之法,健全货币流通体制。改革不仅繁荣了商品经济,开通了边市贸易,增加了国库收入,而且也使隆庆后期呈现出中兴之势。
The monetary reform was an important task hosted by Gaogong in Jiajing and Longqing dynasties. Facing the big deficit in revenue and monetary chaos, Gaogong took some measures to boost the business and made the currency circuit smoothly, popularized the exchange of equal value. With his efforts, commodities economy was boosted and national revenue increased greatly, and even the nation was rejuvenated at the late Jiaqing and Longqing Dynasties.
