摘要
步履艰难的素质教育推行了16年后,学校以应试为目的的封闭式管理教育模式反而更加风靡,学生之间、学校之间、地区之间,围绕分数的竞争更加激烈,学生为分数而学,教师为分数而教,管理人员也为分数“保驾护航”。素质教育在实践中的困境说明:素质教育的观念必须深入民心,人们的成才观、职业观仍需转变,教育资源有待均衡,教育体制、高考制度等素质教育的配套体制有待进一步改革和完善。
The Theory of quality- oriented education has been practicing for 16 years. Although it is known to all that quality - oriented education is better than exam - oriented education, exam - oriented education is still popular in practice. In order to put the theory of quality - oriented education into effect, the educational system and other relevant systems must be changed and perfected.
