硝普纳(SNP)对离体黄瓜子叶不定根生长发育的研究初探

摘要 研究了硝普纳(Sodium Nitroprusside,SNP)对黄瓜子叶不定根发生的影响.结果表明,SNP促进黄瓜子叶不定根发生的最适浓度和最佳苗龄分别为50μmol/L和3d龄,最适浓度SNP对3d龄黄瓜子叶不定根发生促进效果最好,同时还对子叶近轴面的放置进行了研究,表明子叶近轴面是否向上对生根没有影响. The effect of Sodium Nitroprusside (SNP) on the growth and development of adventitious roots of the cucumis cotyledons cultured in vitro is studied in the paper. The results indicate that the optimum concentration of SNP and the appropriate age of the cucumis cotyledons are respectively 50μmol/L and 3 days. In addition, the layment of adaxial side of the cucumis cotyledons cultured in vitro is also studied. It shows that it has no distinctly effect on the development of adventitious roots.
