核桃木薄板染色工艺的研究

Dyeing Craft of the Walnut Wood Lamella

研究了染色温度、染液浓度、染色时间和NaCl浓度等参数对核桃木薄板染色效果的影响,结果表明:最佳染色条件为温度90℃、染液浓度为1%、染色时间是5h、NaCl浓度为0.5%.四个作用因素对染色效果的影响程度依次为染色温度、NaCl浓度、染液浓度、染色时间.同时,表面活性剂的加入对染色有显著的效果.

This experiment investigates the influences of time, solution concentration, temperature, concentration of NaCl on dyeing effect of the walnut wood lamella. The Results show that the optimal dyeing contractions are 90℃, dyeing solution concentration 1%, dyeing time 5hrs and concentration of NaCI 0.5 %. Four factors to dye, the influence degree in order is dyeing temperature, concentration of NaCl, dye solution concentration and dyeing time. In addition, the action of surface action agent has distinctive effect in the process.
