摘要
目的:测定牛黄解毒片中铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)5种微量元素的含量,以对其质量进行监控。方法:采用压力溶弹消解快速火焰原子吸收法对牛黄解毒片中的Cr、Mn、Fe、Zn、Cu5种微量元素含量进行测定。结果:9个不同厂家生产的牛黄解毒片中Cr、Mn、Zn、Cu含量相差不大,而Fe含量则有较大差异,且远高于其它元素的含量。结论:该方法简便快速、准确可靠,是一种适合本品常规分析的检测方法;本品不同品牌间各元素的含量差异很大,可能导致疗效有所差别。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the contents of five trace elements- chromium(Cr), manganese(Mn), iron(Fe), zinc (Zn), copper(Cu) in Niuhuang Jiedu tablets, and implement monitoring control over their quality. METHODS: The method of high pressure digestion - atomic flame absorption spectrometry was applied to detect the contents of the five trace elements in nine Niuhuang Jiedu Tablet products. RESULTS: There were insignificant differences in the contents of chromium(Cr), manganese(Mn), zinc(Zn), copper(Cu) in the nine Niuhuang Jiedu Tablet products , but highly significant differences in the content of iron(Fe), with the content of iron being far greater than those of other elements. CONCLUSIONS: This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and is a detection method for normal analysis of Niuhuang Jiedu Tablets.
