机组流水法预制1067mm轨距预应力钢绞线轨枕技术

摘要 以安哥拉罗安达铁路大修工程的实例,介绍机组流水法预制1067mm轨距有挡肩P.C轨枕的生产线设计与规模、施工工艺、施工方法及质量控制,首次解决预应力钢绞线轨枕的预制生产的技术难题,为同类轨枕的预制生产积累经验。 Based on the characteristics of Angolan railway maintenance engineering, design and scale of production-line, construction technique, construction method and quality control technology of P.C rail bearing with 1067ram gauge preformed by using unit serial method are introduced in detail. Some significant results are obtained, which can not only solve the technology problem of preforming prestress steel wires rail bearing, but also accumulate experience for similar projects later.
