课程教学改革和优化是当前高等职业教育所面临的重要课题,结合铁道工程技术专业的教学实际,把培养技术应用型人才作为办学方向,坚持课程标准领先的原则,建立适应经济和社会发展要求的课程体系,从而有效地培养出既有扎实知识,又有较强实践能力的高级技术应用型人才。

Course reform and optimization is an important subject exposed to higher professional education. Taking into consideration the reality of our school＇s railway engineering technology major, this paper discusses the fact that higher professional education should adopt practically-talented-oriented cultivation policy, stick to the principle of course standard priority, establish course system which suits the requirements of the economic and social development, to effectively cultivate high-level practical talents who possess both professional knowledge and practice ability.
