摘要 提出一种用VB技术开发管壳式换热器传热计算系统的方法.利用VB技术中简便的对话框生成手段及其良好的菜单定制功能,将繁杂的管壳式换热器的传热工艺计算过程转换到具有友好界面的对话框中.相关工艺数据表用数组方式存储,通过插值法由程序自动读取,进一步提高计算效率.通过具体工程实例,说明VB技术在传热计算中的应用.结果表明利用该方法可快速、精确计算换热器的各种参数.对换热器及其它领域的工艺计算开发具有一定指导意义. The method of thermal calculation in the tubular heat exchanger design was introduced, based on Visual Basic (VB) technique . The complex thermal calculation can be completed in the friendly calculating system with the help of the menu customization technique and the dialogue box technique. The related data are stored in dimension style and read by the program when calculating, making the calculation more efficient. The method of thermal calculation in the heat exchanger design based on Visual Basic (VB) technique was illustrated by an engineering example, It has proved that the method can figure out various parameters and analyze their effects on heat exchanger quickly and accurately. It has certain guiding meaning to the development of other process calculation in the heat exchanger or other fields.
