摘要
商业区单向交通网络适应性评价具有“多决策变量”、“多准则”、“不确定性”及“群体决策”的特性。根据单向交通的基本理论,对整个商业区单向交通网络适应性的评价,应包括其对交通效益、经济效益、社会效益等多个方面产生影响的评价。根据研究对象的现状,确定影响其适应性的各类因素,从而建立起一系列的指标,并构建层次分析图。运用层次分析法(AHP)对城市商业区的单向交通网络适应性进行量化的评价,为以后进一步的设置与评价区域性的单向系统提供了理论基础和决策依据。
The assessment of the adaptability of one way road traffic network in the commercial district is characteriz -ed by the following distinctive properties:multi-decision variable,multi-criteria,uncertain and group decision making. Based on the theory of one way road traffic,the assessment should consider the effect it produced on traffic,economy and society.According to the actuality of the study object, we confirm all the factors affect it and build a series of indexes and the analytic hierarchy chart.This paper introduced a quantitative method using AHP to assess the adaptability of one way road traffic network in the commercial district,which provides the theories foundation and decision-making basis for farther setting and assessing the territorial one way road traffic network.
