菜籽多糖对四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠降血糖作用的研究 被引量:15

摘要 研究菜籽多糖(RSPS)在四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠体内的降血糖作用。腹膜注射200mg/kg四氧嘧啶造小鼠糖尿病模型,腹膜注射给药12d。测定给药前后小鼠血糖值、小鼠体重与免疫器官重量、血清抗活性氧单位与肝匀浆MDA含量。75mg/kg·d与400mg/kg·d RSPS可使糖尿病小鼠血糖分别下降18.38%与24.62%,能显著增加糖尿病小鼠胸腺与脾脏指数,提高血清抗活性氧单位,降低肝匀浆MDA含量。400mg/kg·dRSPS对正常小鼠血糖无显著影响。研究结果表明RSPS在糖尿病小鼠体内具有降血糖、增进免疫与抗氧化作用。 The anti-hyperglycemic activity of RSPS in vivo were studied. Diabetes mellitus mice were induced by alloxan and drugs were administrated by intra- peritoneal injection for 12 d. The serum glucose of mice showed that the serum level of blood glucose in diabetes mellitus mice decrease 18.38 % and 24.62 % in the 75 mg/kg·d and 400 mg/kg·d RSPS groups while remained no obvious change in the normal group injected 400 mg/kg·d RSPS. RSPS at dose of 75 mg/kg·d and 400 mg/kg·d both could increase thymus index and spleen index significantly. RSPP at dose of 75 and 400 mg/kg·d both could decrease MDA content in liver homogenate and increase anti-ROS unit in serum of diabetes mellitus mice significantly. It was possible to infer from above re suits that RSPP have anti-hyperglycemic and anti-oxidative activity and immunomodulatory effects.
