摘要
通过对大鼠血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione preoxidose,GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dis-mutase,SOD)活力及丙二醛(malon-dialdehyde,MDA)含量的测定,探讨枸杞叶茶及加硒枸杞叶茶、加硒加锌枸杞叶茶对大鼠脂质过氧化的影响。方法是以两个月龄Wistar健康大鼠40只,按体重随机分为4组,用各自受试物饲养两个月后,测定其血清中各项指标。结果:枸杞叶茶组与空白对照组比大鼠血清中SOD、GSH-PX的活性显著提高(P<0.01),MDA的含量数值上减少(P>0.05);而其他两个实验组与对照组比SOD、GSH-PX活性显著升高,MDA水平显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:3个实验组都可增强大鼠机体抗氧化损伤的能力,且枸杞叶茶+硒+锌组最强。
To study effects of Lycium chinense Mill leaf tea, tea fortified with selenium and tea fortified with selenium and zinc on lipid peroxidation in rats by measuring glutahione preoxidose(GSH-PX), superoxide dismutase (SOD)and malondialdehyde (MAD) in (blood)serum of the rats. Forty healthy wister's rats on two months were randomized into 4 groups with 10 rats in each. Various targets in serum were measured 2 months later. The SOD and GSH-PX levels in Lycium chinense Mill leaf tea group increased significantly than those of the tap water group (P〈0.01) ,but there was no marked difference of the MDA levels (P〉0.05). Meantime the SOD and GSH-PX levels in serum in other experimental observation groups also increased significantly than that of the tap water group and they were obviously lower than that of the tap water group in the MDA levels (P〈0.01). It was suggested that there experimental observation groups could improve the activities of antioxidant in vivo, and Lycium chinense Mill leaf tea fortified with selenium and zinc is the strongest effect.
