甲胺磷残留检测直接竞争ELISA试剂盒的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF THE DETECTION DIRECT ELISA KIT FOR METHANMIDOPHOS RESIDUE IN VEGETABLE

研制了一种用于检测蔬菜中甲胺磷残留量的直接竞争酶联免疫测定(ELISA)试剂盒,结果表明,该试剂盒的最低检测限为0.01μg/mL,线性检测范围为0.01μg/mL￣100μg/mL,标准曲线的平均板内变异系数为4.05%,板间平均变异系数为13.66%,回收率的范围在93.12%￣102%。试剂盒在4℃下至少可以保存6个月以上。

A ELISA kit based on polyclonal antibody was developed to detect the residue of Methanmidophos in vegetable. Linear detection of the kits covered a range from 0.01 μg/mL～100 μ g/mL. The mean intra-plate coefficient of variation is 4.05 %, inter-plate coefficient of variation is 13.66 %. The recoveries of Methanmidophos added to sample ranged from 93.12 % to 102 %. The kit could be stored at 4 ℃ for a period of over six months.
