当代隐喻研究的两种路径

Two Approaches Towards the Study of Metaphor

在过去二十多年中,隐喻研究成为语言哲学和认知语言学的研究热点。本文概括性地介绍和评述了上述两个领域的主要隐喻理论,对各主要理论之间的关系作了梳理,并进而认为,今后的隐喻研究应走多学科相结合的道路,以避免单一视角所带来的弊端。

This article introduces some of the main theories on metaphor in both philosophy of language and cognitive linguistics which has become the hot academic point in the past two decades,with special focus on the relations among these theories. It is argued that the study of metaphor is an interdisciplinary issue and further studies should draw on the findings on metaphor from different disciplines so as to avoid the drawbacks of mono-perspective study.
