摘要
聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)是在聚酰亚胺链上引入醚键而形成的一类高聚物。通过设计的四步法进行了PEI聚合所需单体双酚A型二醚二酐(BPDEDA)的合成,并运用哈克转矩流变仪进行BPDEDA与间苯二胺的熔融聚合,所得PEI树脂与美国GE公司的Ultem4000树脂在红外光谱、13C核磁共振、DSC、TG图谱的比较上具有较好的一致性。
Poly (ether imide) (PEI) is a new kind of high performance polymer, in which a ether bond is added to macromolecular chain of polyimide (PI), and PEI can be easily adapted for processing because of its flexible molecular chain. In this paper, four steps of synthesizing 2,2-bis [4-(3,4-dicarboxyphenoxy) phenyl]propane dianhydride (BPDEDA) is designed, which is the main monomer of polymerizing PEI. The polymerization of BPDEDA and meta-phenyl diamine is carried out by HAAKE torque rheometer over 320℃. At the same time, the samples are analyzed with infrared spectrums, ^13C-NMR, DSC and TG and the results show that polvmerization have been carried out well.
