摘要
介绍了一种用于脉冲压缩雷达系统中的13位巴克码BPSK调制器的原理与电路实现。该调制器对输入的巴克码序列进行BPSK调制,最终输出信号则要根据巴克码组的起止时刻对已调制信号进行导通和截止处理,并且通断比要求大于70 dB。提出了一种由计数器和触发器组成的简单稳定的数字逻辑控制方法控制射频开关,实现了上述功能。最后提出了该调制器的改进方向以及其他一些用途。
This paper presents the principle and circuits of a Barker 13 BPSK modulator applied for the pulse compression radar system. The modulator modulated the Barker by BPSK, the final output signal is modulated signal which is opened and closed according as the time of barker's beginning and ending, and the ratio of opened and closed signal should be more than 70 dB. A simple stabile method of digital logic controlling using counter and trigger, is proposed to control the radio switch, it realizes the function as mentioned above. In the end,it brings the direction of this modulator's improvement and some usage else.
