退耕还林工程与贫困地区的可持续发展——以宁夏西吉酸刺村为例

退耕还林还草工程要与贫困地区的脱贫与持续发展相结合,以宁夏酸刺村为例,在退耕还林的背景下实施科技扶贫,以优化地区发展条件和提高地区自我发展能力为切入点开展工作,充分体现生产发展、生活提高、生态改善的“三生共赢”的原则,在短短的5年内使全村初步实现了发展模式的转变。
