建立中日韩自由贸易区的路径选择

The Alternative Paths for Establishing a Free Trade Zone among China, Japan and ROK

中日韩三国间建立自由贸易区不仅是必要的、可行的,而且还应加快建立中日韩自由贸易区的步伐。本文对中、日、韩三国通过何种路径尽快建立自由贸易区进行探讨与研究,认为建立中日韩自由贸易区的最优理论路径是中日韩三边同时整合建立自由贸易区,而最优现实路径是中韩之间首先建立双边自由贸易区,然后吸收日本加入,逐步向中日韩三边自由贸易区过渡。

The establishment of a free trade zone among China, Japan and ROK, which is not only necessary, but also feasible, should be accelerated. This article discusses the possible paths through which China, Japan and ROK can establish a free trade zone as soon as possible, believing that theoretically the best way for this tri-party engagement should be the simultaneous efforts by the three parties to establish the intended zone, while practically the best way is to start with China and ROK to establish a bilateral free trade zone and take in Japan at a later stage, thus setting in the transitional process to a tri-party free trade zone.
