摘要
从两个维度分析教师培训在实践中缺乏实效性的原因,并针对原因提出增强教师培训实效性的对策。
In this paper, the author analyzes the reasons of lacking efficiency in teacher's practical training from two perspectives and then respectively puts forward the solutions of enhancing the efficiency of teachers' training.
