生产者延伸责任制度是循环经济立法中一项非常重要的制度。生产者延伸责任制度有利于促使生产者全面实施清洁生产,有利于促进废弃产品回收、再利用及处置的专业化。西方国家大都制定了较为完善的有关生产者延伸责任的法律,对我国具有一定的借鉴价值。

The system of Extended Producer Responsibility is very important to push cycling economy This system will help the cleaning production and the specialization of reclaiming the waste. In western countries,the law of Extended Producer Responsibility has been constituted more integrated than that in our country. Therefore, according to the cycling economy; the related lawshould be amended and the legislation of Extended Producer Responsibility should be advanced.
