施用根瘤菌及石灰对紫花苜蓿生长的影响 被引量:3

摘要 试验结果表明,接种根瘤菌后,紫花苜蓿在盛花期的根瘤数显著提高,分枝数、鲜重、干重皆高于对照;施用石灰后,紫花苜蓿的根鲜重、根瘤数、株高、鲜重、干重、分枝数都高于对照。以产量为指标分析根瘤菌及石灰对紫花苜蓿生长的影响,根瘤菌使用水平以10~20g/hm^2为宜,石灰使用量宜为3000kg/hm^2。 The results of the experiments showed that the nodule number, branch number, fresh yield and dry weight of inoculated alfalfa were higher than those without inoculation at the blooming stage. Fresh root weight and nodule number of alfalfa with llme application were higher than those of the control group. With the raise of lime application, there was a wave -change trend in plant height, fresh yield, dry weight and branch number of alfalfa. According to the analysis of alfalfa yield, the adequate application of nodule bacteria and lime was 10 ~20g/hm^2and 3000kg/hm^2 respectively.
